New York is the operational core of ADR Snow Management. Headquartered in Mount Vernon, our dispatch covers Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Westchester County and the lower Hudson Valley with crews staged regionally before the first forecast event. For property management groups, REITs and corporate real estate teams operating in the New York metropolitan commercial market, this is where we built the operating standard the rest of the network is calibrated to.

Northern New Jersey is the natural extension of our New York operation. Bergen, Hudson and Essex counties are reached from the same dispatch infrastructure that runs our five-borough accounts, and many of our national contracts cover properties on both sides of the Hudson under a single master agreement. For property management groups operating tri-state portfolios, the NJ side runs on the same operating standard as the NYC side, with the same crew chiefs, the same dispatch protocol and the same documentation cadence.

Connecticut coverage focuses on Fairfield County, the natural extension of our New York metropolitan dispatch into the I-95 corridor north of the state line. Stamford, Greenwich, Norwalk and southern Fairfield carry the bulk of our Connecticut commercial account base. For corporate real estate teams operating accounts across the New York metro, the CT side runs on the same operating standard, the same dispatch protocol and the same documentation cadence.

Massachusetts coverage focuses on Middlesex County and the Boston metropolitan commercial corridor. Cambridge, Lowell, Framingham and the I-495 ring concentrate the bulk of our Massachusetts account base. For corporate real estate teams operating tech corridor, biotech and institutional portfolios, the operating standard is calibrated to the higher accumulation, higher event count and broader liability profile that Massachusetts has carried since 2010.
